At £13,999, it’s £1,000 more expensive than the SZ-T model it’s based on, but Suzuki claims it features around £1,900 in additional equipment and styling options. Under the bonnet, it uses the same 1.2-litre, 89bhp petrol four-cylinder engine.

The Vitara Kuro sits on 17-inch black alloys that match the black rear spoiler, front bumper and front grille. The interior has also been given a similarly dark makeover.
