Land Rover has revealed a new special edition range Rover Evoque to mark six years of production and 600,000 units built since the smallest range Rover’s introduction in 2011. The new special edition 4×4 goes on sale this month, priced from £39,000.
Called the Evoque Landmark edition, it’s marked out by styling tweaks, bespoke finishes and mildly swollen conventional equipment. The £39,000 price tag bags the automobile with a 178bhp TD4 manual, meaning the Landmark commands a premium of nearly £6,000 over the very cheapest Evoque TD4.

Three paint colour options will be available – a white and grey option line up alongside a vibrant new blue hue Land Rover calls Moraine Blue. 19-inch gloss grey, seven-spoke alloy wheels are included, and the contrasting grey highlights continue with a graphite coloured grille, bonnet and tailgate lettering.
Inside, more dark grey accents are found – the centre console is housed in a brushed satin frame while the seats are trimmed in perforated, grained ebony leather with contrasting stitching.
In terms of equipment, the most basic Landmark edition Evoques benefit from keyless entry and a power-assisted tailgate as standard. On the options list, you’ll find upgraded infotainment in the form of a 10-inch InControl Touch pro touchscreen display with built in apps and 4G Wi-Fi.

Connectivity services are optional too, including the Remote premium app allowing owners to use a smartphone to alter automobile settings and check fuel remotely, plus Touch pro services for real-time traffic mapping, street level views on the satellite navigation and live apps for weather, news and more.
While Land Rover is celebrating six years of its best-selling model, a second-generation Evoque is in the pipeline and it could appear in 2019. We’ve spied an early test mule, and you can read everything we know so far about the next Evoque here.
